Is nortryptiline 10mg rx for possible lower abdominal/pelvic nerve pain safe for someone with lifelong hx of pvc/pac and afib/a-fib ablation? other conditions have been r/o via colonoscopy, a/p ct and a/p mri.thanks?

Nortriptyline can provoke or aggravate cardiac arrhythmias. Although 10 mgs is a low dose, because of your history, I would be cautious about taking it regularly for lower abdominal discomfort as, in my opinion, neurogenic cause of such pain seems unlikely. I would like a.neurologist's opinion about the possibility of radicular pain in your case.
