Possibly : Pacs are often the triggers that initiate af. Pvcs, on the other hand, are not related to af. In youth (you're 29), one of the commonest triggers that causes af episodes is alcohol - especially when consumed in larger quantities. For obvious reasons, it is also called "holiday heart"! the other common, treatable trigger for af is obstructive sleep apnea. Discuss these with your doctor.
