Afrin ?'s: Afrin is safe to take with your other medications. If you have PCOS, oral bcp's will regulate menstrual events. Ask your gyn about low dose oral contraceptives, as long term effects from PCOS can be largely avoided (uterine endometrial dysplasia), unless you are now attempting pregnancy.
