HIV has never been reliably documented to have been transmitted oral to penis, and also zero risk from massage. A pubic area cyst or other bump does not suggest HIV. Zero risk and no need for testing.

Tho a risky behavior there is little (but not 0) chance of HIV. If you want to be as sure as possible for your peace of mind get tested. The cyst is not related to your encounter
