Some people monitor ovulation by symptoms, cervical mucous or body temperature. Others use home ovulation kits purchased from any pharmacy.

If PCOS has been diagnosed, ovulation may be infrequent and difficult to monitor with ovulation kits. If pregnancy is desired, it may be appropriate to ask your GYN physician or get a referral to a reproductive endocrinologist and use ovulation induction medication.
