Ovulation: Ovulation is a quick event that doesn't last a significant amount of time, so your question isn't completely clear. After ovulation, the luteal phase lasts approximately 14 days and is the same for women with pcos and without. What varies between different cycles in different individuals is the follicular phase leading up to ovulation.
