I recently did my eye exam. i heard doctor saying to his assistant 175 axis in my right eye. but when they gave me prescription card, it was written 179 axis in my right eye. does axis 175 and 179 make considerable difference? do i need to re-do exam?

Five and nine could be misheard, either you or the assistant. I do not think it makes much difference.
