Numbers and numbers: The number is the strength of the corrective lens needed to make an eye see clearly. For example, a glasses prescription of +0.25 means a +0.25 lens will make the eye see clearly. The numbers here are small, so this person may seem fine without glasses. She transitions from slightly farsighted +0.25 at 115 to 295 degrees axis, to mildly nearsighted -0.75 at 025 to 205 degrees axis. Think geometry.
