Anxiety can trigger seizures but not the cause of seizures. Give example: hyperventilation due to anxiety can trigger seizures in patients with absence epilepsy. So there is not a condition called anxiety seizures to my knowledge.

Although intense emotions may trigger true seizures, there is an entity termed "non-epileptic seizures", which is NOT due to organic brain epileptic events. Thus these could be termed also pseudo-seizures, and are due to emotionally charged episodes. This is indeed a slippery slope as the two can co-exist. An experienced neurologist can usually sort all of this out and provide stability.
