My 14 y/o daughter who have anxiety says that last night her body was shaking out of nowhere, and said that every morning she feels that way. but last night it stopped when she changed positions. is this her anxiety or something else?

It is difficult to sort this out without a full history, exam and testing. There is a relatively benign seizure disorder that can appear in kids that age (they usually grow out of it). If present it is likely causing her to freak out. I would have her evaluated.
