I have racing thoughts constantly checking my pulse every 5 minute thinking it's gonna stop i can't stay in one area too long i have to shaking my body to feel comfortable please is this anxiety ?

This is a type of cardiophobia. Don't try to fight through this alone. Physical ailments can follow. Ask your physician to refer you to a mental health professional who will show you how to rid yourself of these symptoms and deal with such thoughts and anxiety now and in the future. Medication may be temporarily recommended.

As already mentioned, it is critical that you address this crippling emotional state, and highly recommend immediate psychiatric consultation. You are trying to cope on your own, but best to get a support process in place and proceed to control these problems. A little dedicated effort can change all of this.
