The described blood pressure and pulse values are completely normal, but underlying cardiovascular pathology may be present, in spite of this. If you have chest pain, shortness of breath on exertion, swelling of your feet and legs, and get readily fatigued with modest exertion, this might well be a reason to see a cardiologist.

These values are not too low. They are considered normal. if you are having symptoms which may be related to the heart, seek attention from your primary care doctor or go to the emergency room, however.
