Pain in the abdomen/stomach can be caused by any number of reasons, some are serious. If the pain has persisted for more than 1 to 2 hours, you should contact your PCP or go to an ER in a hospital nearby. A surgeon needs to examine you and consider imaging / X-rays to check your bowels, Gall bladder and appendix for a possible surgical emergency.

Constipation is suggested by your symptoms and being proactive in using extra fiber, good hydration and physical exercise are best in the long run. If you have reason to believe there are structural issues related to your symptoms talking to your doc will be best as a diagnostic colonoscopy might be needed.
