My left side of my face is numb, i can't close my left eye all the way shut, i can't use the left side of my face to smile, my left ear feels stopped up, my headaches are on the left side of my head and forehead and my speech sounds slurred?

You describe a facial nerve palsy, which may be due to Bell's palsy or even with the pain, Ramsey-Hunt Syndrome. See a neurologist ASAP.
