I think this young man,who has presyncopal type symptoms, should undergo a thorough general medical physical examination as well as have n EKG&cardiac monitoring & neurological consultation. He may not have cardiac or neurological causes of his symptoms but blood pressure fluctuations, cardiac arrhythmia, atypical partial seizures are possible causes of his recurrent unusual symptoms.
