An mri of my sinuses showed moderate to complete opacification of all sinuses. a ct scan then showed bone changes and inflammation over long period of time. what can happen if i choose not to have surgery? im 76 years old?

The decision depends on your symptoms and the treatment you have received because you have chronic pansinusitis. If bacterial or fungal infection is present, procedure(s) may be the only option if you have failed conservative approach.
