My urine is slightly pale pink in color. i don't feel any sort of pain or inflammation while urinating or internally. i first noticed it when i was out on a family dinner last sunday in which i had a bottle of beer. i am not a heavy drinker though?

Drink plenty of water. Some foods like too many cranberries etc can do that. if it does not clear pl see a Urologist
