How do i get rid of the scabs on my scalp i mean all over it is a lot. it can't heal because of the scabs, and im a male with long hair so it makes it even harder. all of what to do as of now my 2 options are get a buzzcut and clean it off painfully?

Proper treatment would require an evaluation for the cause. This can be bacterial or fungal infection, skin conditions or a rare form of skin cancer. After an exam and some tests a treatment plan could be made. This may or may not involve removal of existing hair.
