Damaged Hair: Create a hot oil treatment with pure olive oil. Heat the olive oil for 20 to 30 seconds in the microwave. Apply the warm oil to the roots and spread it throughout the hair. Olive oil will clarify the scalp and encourage new and healthy hair growth. Use this treatment once a month.
