Dandruf: Dandruff is most possible, good anti dandruff shampoo should suffice, if not pls c ur doctor or a dermatologist.

See details: Dandruff is unlikely to have scabs. The other issues cannot be distinguished unless one can visualized them. See a dermatologist.
