I was treated with penicillin for primary syphilis a month ago. currently, lymphocytes is 48.2% (ref:20-40) and esr is 14 (ref: 0-10). hiv, hcv ab, hbsag are -ve. is it normal for lymphocytes and esr to stay elevated? or could it be another infection?
