If you have mild sleep apnea (ahi 8) and don't want to treat it with cpap or mandibular device, is there any blood pressure med that can prevent the cardiovascular damage from untreated sleep apnea?

BP meds treat high blood pressure damage to the cardio- vascular system by several mechanisms different than sleep apnea. Any damage caused by Sleep apnea is best treated by preventing sleep apnea for the mechanism is different ( low oxygen)
