There is a tiny normal structure called the appendix testis found on some men. Your doc or a urologist could confirm or exclude this possibility.

Unless you were taught testicular self exam your findings could be wrong. Best is to see a Urologist for diagnosis

Firm bump found to the right of the tail of epididymis. Right tesitcle. Can vary in size (2mm-5mm). Sometimes can't find it (disappears). Can be shifted around from side of the tail to the tip if testicle is massaged firmly. No other symtoms?
I can feel the head of epididymis on one side of the testicles but on the opposite side i can feel some skin attached to the testicle, it is not a lump or a bump ,does not hurt i can feel it one both the testicles, isn't it a part of the epididymis?
