i have small red bumps on my stomach and pelvis. i was in a hot tub about a week ago. the bumps are in groups if twos and seem to be spreading.

Let me ask you: If those bumps cause pain and burning, are they oozing clear fluids or thick cloudy fluids, if they do, we two diagnosis, either they shingle or skin infection. Cause by staphylococcus.
