I have been in first line treatment since 2/2020 for mcl. my ldh has always been in normal range but fluctuates. my most recent value is 206. in july it was 178. range is 119-226. should i be concerned?

Consider 10% error in most lab tests. So 178+10% = 178 +17.8 which is close to 206. Fluctuation is normal depending as such things as time of day and time standing. You can plot in Excel and see if there is any trend.
