I have been having lower back pain for over a week. i have seen my physician and they did urine and nothing showed up. my pain is in my lower back with slight nausea its more at night than anything what should i do? its worse when i sit for long?

When you saw your doc I hope she/he examined your back. Most of the time a diagnosis can be made just by an exam. From your description it sounds like a back strain. Try local heat and Ibuprofen for a few days. If not better see a doc who gives you a thoro exam
