What does it mean if urine culture shows greater than 100,000 cfu/ml of enterobacter aerogenes? i've had severe pain/cramping on right side stomache/back with nausea.

UTI, pyelonephritis?: You have a urinary tract infection due to Enterobacter. The abdominal or flank pain likely indicates your right kidney is involved (pyelonephritis) which is a potentially serious complication. You may need IV antibiotics, especially if you have fever. See a doctor ASAP, even if it means an after-hour visit to an urgent care clinic or emergency department. Good luck!
