Delta waves are not present either in minimal preexcitation in WPW or in non-WPW forms of preexcitation.

I assume you're not taking any meds that can cause these conduction abnormalities. Short PR interval can be a normal variant but can predispose one to supraventricular arrhythmias. An abnormally wide QRS indicates a problem with conduction of electrical impulses through the ventricles. Can be caused from damage of tissues from old viral infections or infarctions&can cause ventricular arrhythmias
