Temp sensitive: Many of the vaccines are temperature sensitive and may lose their potency if left unrefrigerated for any , length of time.

Strong until hot: The strength of most vaccines is maintained by keeping them fresh like produce from the farm. Most vaccines must be given within minutes of being allowed to come to room temperature, or the sensitive material breaks down and becomes worthless. Such a vaccine would be like injecting sterile water. It is unlikely to do any harm or good.
