1 year ago my lips got inflamed and it formed an open wound on my upper lip.now it left a scar thats slightly raised and redder than my lip.will this flatten?am how can i make it go away?also does silicone sheets work for this problem?

I would see a Dermatologist about this. Or a plastic surgeon. Difficult place to treat scars.
