Accurate interpretation of these things requires clinical correlation, i.e. symptoms, physical exam, and perhaps tests of lung function. If you're feeling well, these things may be unimportant, and certainly no reason to suspect they are life threatening. See your doctor and take it from there. Good luck.

Changes appear chronic and non life limiting in nature. It has to do with clinical context and active symptoms as findings are not likely to explain them. Your current doc will be best to place such findings in context otherwise.
