Bronchiectasis pt. oxygen keep dropping without sup.o2 . what does this mean? any solution?

Dr. John Chiu answered

Call pulmonologist: There are many conditions associated with bronchiectasis and thus the solution would depend on the cause. Having said that, the dropping pO2 points to a deteriorating lung function . It is best to contact your doctor to find a solution (controlling infection and improving sputum clearance would be the first step)
