Should be OK. Best by …. does not mean discard date. Smell and taste and if nothing growing on/in it likely OK.

If you do not get any symptoms within a day or so of eating this food, you should be okay, Did you microwave the food before eating, if you did you are at minimal risk of food poisoning,
