The only thing anyone can do for a bad toothache is to call a dentist for an appointment. There are no DIY cures for rotten teeth. Take NSAIDs until you can be seen. Please call and feel better soon....

You can't. You need professional care. Just like you can't treat the pain from infected kidneys without professional care, you can't treat pain from an infected tooth (most common cause of toothache) without professional help. This is not a DIY project that you can fix with OTC's or computer clicks. Please call Dentist now.
