See your dentist: Dentists specialize in treating facial issues. See your dentist and have them evaluate you for bruxism, an abscessed tooth, trigeminal neuralgia, or TMJ. Your symptoms could be a wide range of issues. Your dentist should be able to help you figure out what is wrong or can point you in the direction of a specialist who can. Best of luck :)

See a dentist ASAP: If you have a toothache, you may have a cavity, wisdom teeth or advanced gum disease. A tooth pain won't go away without treatment and the infection may spread to your jaw, cheeks, sinus and to other areas of your head and neck. You can use NSAID OTC or Tylenol (acetaminophen) for pain control. See a dentist ASAP for assessment.

Toothache: If it only happens when you lay down it may be sinus rather than tooth. See your Dentist or an Endodontist, a dental pain/root canal specialist for evaluation. If sinus rather than tooth the next stop would be ENT physician.
