See a dentist for treatment ASAP. In the meantime take OTC NSAIDs. This requires immediate attention.

By calling a Dentist. Tooth was probably infected resulting in damage to Dentin, the tooth material under the enamel that then chipped off. Delay in treating the tooth immediately may have resulted in compromised prognosis for that tooth. There's no snake oil, pill, police, or computer click that will repair an infected tooth. Please see Dentist now.
