The Chiara malformation can coexist with scoliosis but does no cause it. What you mean by transit time is unknown as the number doesn't match known values. Poop color is determined by the action of enzymes and germ action on the deep green bile added in transit, changes in tone have no significance.Your many assumptions are interesting but the post as written does not indicate a worrisome problem.
