I am coming out of a cold. but i have a pink eye on left eye. no watery eye only dry and pink. family doctor prescribe me polymyxinb.i took one time and burning me . i don't like it. my eye is pink and dry. do i need antibiotics?

Probably no antibiotic is needed; your pinkeye probably is from the virus that caused your cold. But see a doctor for a possible antibiotic prescription if your eye is getting worse or if it doesn't start to improve after a week or so.
