I am 29 , athletic. i did ecg after paplitations. it showed "irbbb". doc. said nothing to worry about, and sent me for holter eco, just in case. doc. wrote "irbbb+lafb", is it possible to have both together? ecg didn't show lahb, added by doc only?

Young patient worried about irregular cardiac rhythms & is working with cardiologist. Anxious about rhythms. SOLUTIONS: get fit bit watch that connects to I-phone to always know rhythm. Magnesium at least 400 mg/day of organically chelated MG. Quercitin. Coenzyme Q10. Omega-3 oils from cold water fish. Vitamin E (mixed tocopherols). Send abnormal cardiac rhythms to Cardiologist via email. Relax!
