A member asked:

I recently had a ct abdominal scan and it said i had some atrophic changes to my pancreas my doctor wasnt concerned. what does that mean?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

All imaging results need to be interpreted in the clinical context and the doctor who ordered the tests is usually in the best position to do that. Talk to the doctor who ordered the tests. Having said that, the finding is not a cause for concern. Wish you good health!
