What to do if my grandmother has high blood pressure but she doesn't have the pills to lower it what else can i give her at home to lower her blood pressure and to include she also smokes?

She needs to have her med refilled urgently or she should see a doctor if she has not been treated. In the mean time, restricted salt intake should be encouraged. There is no OTC medication for lowering blood pressure.
