I have sever lower back pain ,strong urge to sleep whole day and really fatigued .i'm 2 days after my last menses ended, it usually lasts 10 to 11 days. what can cause me this and what to do for relief? i took ketoprofen, but still in pain?

Severe lower back pain and fatigue could indicate a bladder infection that has traveled to your kidneys. Do you have any bladder symptoms (painful urination, cloudy/odorous urine, frequent need to urinate but small amounts?) You should be seen by a Dr for a urinalysis and exam. Treatment is simple, but requires a prescription.
