I live with my family that doesn't mask, how can i protect myself around them from covid and flu, even though they don't seem sick?

You get your vaccines and deal with it. Proper diet/sleep and exercise helps maintain good immune response. Expecting your family to use masks, which are little more than a show of respect for disease is unrealistic. The openings in the N95 masks consider almost perfect are twice as large as the viral particle. They can get through. They can reduce but not eliminate transmission.

Get vaccinated against Covid and Flu. Wear a mask. Mask will protect your respiratory pathogens that are usually carried on respiratory particle and not as free virus. N-95 is better, but any mask will help. There is no downside to wearing a mask. Wish you good health!
