Meth is messing with your brain among other organs. Your friends are engaged in self-destructive behavior and you would be better off with different friends who do not use street drugs.

Meth habits invariably lead to a number of problems, some of which are life-threatening. I agree with my colleagues and feel that this is one of the worst self-destructive pursuits to engage in. Would urge your friends to be referred to a drug abuse program ASAP.

The neurologic circuits that control orgasm and urination are complex. Methamphetamines and stimulants in general can cause disruption of the expected signalling pathways and prevent urination and orgasm. Treatment? Don't do that. Agree with others that the problems of urination and orgasm are the least of your worries. Seek help.
