Four days. The time it takes for 1/2 the circulating drug to exit the body is up to a day, and it takes 4 of those reductions by half each day to become undetectable in a urine study. In a slow metabolizer it may linger longer.

The better question to ask is the potential damage meth can do to a 44 yo male, as severe and even life-threatening outcomes can be encountered. This is a drug of intense risk (as can be laced with fentanyl) and any abuse is NOT safe. Seek out counseling and avoid future use. Hopefully this will be the only time you smoke Meth. It is dangerous. Please consider why you chose to do this. Is it because of a new person influencing you? This is a terrible addiction that can ruin your life. Whatever your new issues are you can seek help from a Clinical Psychologist with expertise in multiple types of psychotherapy.
