If you are abusing drugs such as "meth", and a urine drug screen is performed, it is almost certain that this test will reveal your usage. Whether or not you take insulin plays no role. But the fact you are middle-aged and have diabetes would likely increase the potential risks of using meth, and you are advised to find a Drug Rehab Program ASAP!
