I open my bowel every day and i have itchy throat and dry cough for a month now. are they related? on omeprazole 20mg. no heart burn query reflux.

Maybe: Omeprazole can cause diarrhea. Dry cough and itching throat sound allergic. One can be allergic to anything, including omeprazole. Are you on an ACE-inhibitor (usually used for BP)? because those are typical symptoms they cause. Heart burn is the symptom reflux causes and you don't have it - because omeprazole is very good treatment for it!
