My 4 month old baby has covid-19. he has a strong cough that makes him grasp for air, vomits his milk, and seems to sweat more. he doesn't have a fever but his coughing is concerning. what should we do to prevent him from getting worse, i'm worried?

Please see your Pediatrician. The cough and it's association with vomiting and sweating indicates a level of distress. He may require additional treatment including oxygen. An imaging study may provide additional information.
