Your tight clothing and posture are likely compressing nerves and the practice is not conducive to good health. Quit wearing tight clothing and take small breaks frequently rather than sitting continuously for a long time. Diet: http://www.choosemyplate.gov/., exercise 30 minutes/day, drink enough water daily so your urine is mostly colorless, have safe sex, no tobacco alcohol weed or street drugs

Avoid tight clothing as you are pinching superficial sensory nerves. Suspect the latest is the lateral femoral cutaneous nerve of the thigh.

The symptoms sound like Meralgia paresthetica, whereby nerves that come over the pelvic brim get pinched and contused by tight belts or clothing. Numbness areas occur on the front of the thigh. The solution is to stop the constructions and in time, measured in weeks, the problem should resolve. A Neurologist would be the best person to diagnose.
