If i use an albuteral sulfate inhaler, would that help with turbinate hypertrophy?

Not much, mostly because an albuterol inhaler bypasses your nose. Blowing your nose is the first best solution since nasal congestion is just as much a function of nasal secretions as it is swollen turbinates. Many recommend nasal steroid inhalers and nasal decongestants. The withdrawal from either can result in rebound congestion making people believe they require the drug for life.
